Adventures In Leadership
(16 - 18 year olds)

What is leadership? How can I effectively "lead myself"? What are the skills needed to lead others?

What can I accomplish through challenge, adventure, reflection and dialog?

This two day workshop will explore the themes of personal and group leadership using challenge and adventure. Participants will be challenged individually and as a group through high and low adventure elements, problem solving activities, and one night of camping. Time for group discussion as well as solo reflection will be a part of this program.

$200.00 per participant. Includes all meals.

Adventure School
(12 - 14 year olds)

Participants will be challenged to focus their energy on creating goals and building the skills to achieve them.

Through learning basic climbing skills, and an introduction to backpacking and wilderness experience, participants will reflect on their skills and strengths that apply to their daily lives.

Spring
This 5 week program consists of 5 after school sessions at Climb Kalamazoo and one weekend at the Adventure Centre in Mattawan, Michigan.
Dates: April 1 - May 28th after school
          May 3 - 4 weekend portion of program
Cost: $175.00. Includes meals and gear for weekend program.

Summer
This three day, two night program covers the same material in a condensed format.
Dates: June 30 - July 2nd
Cost: $175.00. Includes meals.

Fall
This 5 week program consists of 5 after school sessions at Climb Kalamazoo and one weekend at the Adventure Centre in Mattawan, Michigan.
